Kids Carbons?
« on: May 25, 2009, 06:41:00 PM »
I want to make Joe up a set of carbon arrows, he shoots a Grizzly 35# @ 28 and his draw is 23.5. Will 600 spine work? I'm wanting to use 100 gr points so he can use 100 grain Judos at the Muzzy.

if it helps any stoney, my wife shoots 32# @24". she shoots easton redline 600's. her 600 arrows are 26" long with an ACC half in/half out insert(it weights @18 grains) and 90 grain point up front. i only put 3- 3" shield feathers on her arrows. she only shoots 3D with me but her arrows fly great from her bow.

That is exactly what I had my son shooting when he was his 35 lb longbow.  Worked perfect, very tunable and pretty economical. dino
