I talked to Beth, yesterday, myself
.
Your bow is beautiful. I think my wait's gonna be a LOT longer than yours.
Congrats. Looks like a real shooter (love the specs, also).

Nook,what a great looking bow! If it does not shoot well for you, send it down to Texas at my address and I am a longbow man and I don't have a 3-piece at this time. What you need to consider is I am 70 years old and only shoot every day or every other day.Now don't you feel this would be a nice thing to do for a old man? Oh well, I can only handle up to 47#@28 and 64" length so give my MOJO to it! Give us a summary of how it shoot in a few weeks! Ken

Got to love them Silver Tips. Beth called and shipped a set of 45lb limbs for this baby yesterday. Bow in pic is 61@28 and does right good on pigs and deer and such. new limbs are for the 40 target + 3D affairs , Ive grown so fond of.
But I may be into a new phase. Here's a preview of my first homemade lam bow. If all goes well, I may be shooting my own stuff from now on. Don

Well she arrived yesterday. A.S. came by and helped me tweek the setup and arrows. Hard hitting and beautiful weapon. The local whitetails are going to hate her. The checkered grip feels great. The shape of the grip helps me heal down, which I like in a long bow. 11 Months -- Well worth the wait. Dave and Beth are great people to work with.
groyce - Man that Burl is stunning... Just like yours.
OK - time for Bow Porn;
