Skookum Glove sizing

I bought a Super Glove from 3R and it's too big. I've been looking at getting a Skookum. Do these run true to size?

In my experience, they all vary. I won't buy a glove that I can't try on first--I've tried on "large" that were too small, and medium that were too big. No luck sending in a trace of my hand either.

If I find one that seems too big..even a large, and the medium is a bit too tight, I'll buy the medium, soak it in warm water to loosen it up, then squeeze my sausage fingers into it and wear it around for a while. This seems to stretch the wet leather out a bit and makes for a more conforming fit to my hand.

I bought one on line for my son, fits him just fine [at least he ain't complained] but then he prefers them dirty smoke belchin noisey things so he don't arch much. My next glove I'm gettin from Cabela's next month we got a store about an hour away.
