Spliced Fletchings
« on: May 31, 2009, 10:54:00 AM »

When will this madness end?!!!!  I am having so much fun learning how to splice fletchings. Thanks to people on this site that have inspired and helped answer questions. Also a guy in my traditional archery club has spurred me on to try this. I'm not as good as some. But it is very satisfying to see improvement and try different combos. Well, I need to go order more supplies!!!!!!!!      :biglaugh:

Very nice Snag. I've wanted to try my hand at it, but never take the time.

I kept seeing these guys arrows and how neat they looked. I couldn't figure out how in the heck they could do that! After awhile through trial and error I started to get the hang of it. I still don't do a great job. I guess that's the perfectionist in me talking! But I'm having fun at it.

Those are lookin' pretty sweet Snag!

Now you can start coordinatin' your splicin' with your crestin'.

You'll really be stylin' then!
