Hunts by Kent at Mahska bows

I am planning a javelina hunt for January 2008.  I am looking for feedback from those that have booked hunts with Kent Ostrem of Mahaska bows.  Any feedback on accomidations, game quantities, snake cautions, best time of year, etc.  I am looking at January, but not stuck on that month, just nice to get out of the cold weather for awhile that time of year.  Never hunted where snakes are a concern, any advise there also appreciated.
