GT' and brass inserts
«

I am thinking about getting some GT 35-55 and 55-75 shafts. I have been shooting 50 and 100 gr. brass inserts in my Beemans. Do the GT's have the same ID as the brass inserts or are the GT's different? I know they have a weight system, but I just as soon use the brass ones.

Brass inserts are available for Gold Tip 5/16 shafts. I have them listed as on option on my website.

Thanks for the info. I figured they would, but I was not sure if the GT's were a standard 5/16" with them having their own weight system.

There is a tiny difference between CE and Gold Tips but not enough to concern yourself with. The brass inserts will fit both.

Yes, I use the 5/16 inserts with no issues in my GT's.. Buy both the 50 and 100 grains, then you will be ready for "whatever" the arrows like.

.244 vs .246, not enough difference, just use epoxy to glue in the insert and screw a broadhead on as the glue starts to harden and spin and turn to true. Mark

Great, thanks for all the info. Now I just need to get my GT trad blem shafts ordered up. Had a couple robin hoods this weekend and I am running low on arrows.
