Yep, a new knee for me as well.  Looks like I may have to start with that.

Then caribou, perhaps.
Spot and stalk black bear in Alaska
Would like to do another Alaska moose hunt
Mule deer.  Seems I always hunt elk when I go out West.  Want to continue that, too, of course.
Continue my annual deer hunting.
Maybe a hog/javie hunt someplace warm come next March.

Great movie, hit close to home considering both my grandpa's died of cancer.

I'm single and not 30 yet so there are a few of the typical things I'd like to accomplish.  But when it comes to archery:

Place high in a big archery shoot for once (that's probably just to help my self-esteem)

Go gator hunting successfully mmmmmmmmmm gator

Buffalo hunting looks like a blast (from the back up)

Build my own horn and sinew asiatic composite

Hunt on horseback with said Asiatic composite bow

That's about all I can think of

Alaska moose someday, caribou someday,  I agree with Jerry (Orion) that I always seem to get an elk tag and no mule deer tag for "out west", and Jerry,  maybe keep me in mind if you need a Texas partner.  I am getting a bit sick of work and I would like to go again.

I remember reading Outdoor Life and Sports Afield in the high school library when I should have been studying. Dreaming the days away reading about shooting elk with 338 mags and 300 mags. Used to dream about that and think that would be the ultimate....

Now all I dream about is painting my face black and slipping around in the black timber and getting up close and personal with Mr. Elk ! Would love to shoot a good 5X5 or 6X6 at less than 10yds right after he bugled in my face coming to a cow call.

Need to get more into self bows, cane arrows, and flint knapping. Would love to kill some whitetails like that too. Oh did I mention a trip to Shrewhaven Lodge and trip thru Ron's archery shop too ???

1) help my son field dress his first deer
2) Hunt elk...already did the new knee thing or this would be impossible
3) harvest an elk would be sweet
4) lose 40-50 pounds so I can do #2
5) publish a book
6) live to see my grandchildren grow up

My bucket list is starting to focus less on the what and where and more on the "who" that I would like to hunt with.  There are a lot of people on this site that I would love to hunt with.  Fortunately, I will get to hunt with several of them this fall/winter in Georgia and Texas.

My list is not as long as I figured.

1. See my youngest daughter finally get rid of the low life, deadbeat she's wasted the last 2 years with so she and my grandson can have a chance at a decent life.

2. See all three of my kids finally be completely on their own, without dear old dad having to help them out of financial blunders.

3. For my wife and I to finally have a chance to be alone, (we've had kids since we met) 24 years now.

4. 3 weeks in South Africa.

5. 6 weeks in Australia, New Zealand.

With this I could go out happy!

I hope to be be lucky enough to kill a wild boar (sus scrofa)
I shot one this winter but failed to find it.
I followed the trail of blood for about 30 yards before I lost it in a snow storm.

My #1 right now is a combo Pronghorn/Mulie hunt in Wyoming... been wanting to do that for a number of years.  Need to put it together and get it done at some point.  I think it would be a blast!

I already have the new knee and a new hip. My advice on this is to get the best surgeon you can and tell the doc you want the best possible range of motion when your are done. The recovery from the surgery is miserable, but once the strength comes back it is wonderful.
My bucket list?
1. to continue to get out in the field with good double guns and my bird dogs
2. to continue to spend days with great trout streams and my old fly rods
3. arrows that fly like darts from my old Bear recurves
4. A big buck within 15 yards of me and my recurve each season
5. a good hog hunt
6. a good bear hunt
7. I want my kids, and my wife to be healthy and content
8. a long prosperous retirement (that will take another 10 years of saving)
9. maybe an elk hunt in Colorado
10. to go to my grave completely worn out, leaving my loved ones with great memories of a man who lived life well and with integrity.
