Keeping bolts tight on side mount quiver?
« on: March 27, 2007, 09:53:00 PM »
I have a side-mount GN quiver on my longbow and am noticing that the top bolt does not like to stay tight.  Is there anything I can put on there to keep it snug?  I had my bolts re-furbished with antler burrs by Frank and don't want to really crank em down.  I was thinking maybe teflon tape or bowstring wax or something???

Bowstring wax works for me.  I used to use it on screw in heads as well.
