I would suggest that you call A&H.  They are great folks.  They own the ACS patent.  H

Bjorn, I notice that your grips vary quite a bit. Is it hard for you to adjust between the hi and low grip?

I would love to try one of their shorter bows with their new short riser 58"s maybe....Is  anyone shooting one of these 56 or 58 inch bows? I'd really like to hear about them from those that have shot the longer A&H bows as well....

I've had my hands on a couple ACS's.  I need to find one and get it really tuned and see what I'm missing!

Roughrider

I've never shot one of the bows OL made, but do have 4 from A&H between my wife and I, and had 3 more that burned in a fire.  Obviously we like 'em! I've been shooting them exclusively for 3 years and taken a variety of animals with them.

Draw weights from 41 - 65# @ 28"  I draw mine about 29 1/2 so I get about 70# from it, my wife draws 26, so gets a little less than listed weights.

They're fast, stable, easy in the hand, nice to look at, and durable - but then again so are a lot of other bows.

I was at a shoot recently and a guy came up to me and asked if my bow is an Adcock or the copy (A&H). I said it's an A&H and he said 'Oh well the A&H is good but not as good as an Adcock' and he showed me his Adcock. So basically, he was telling me that my bow is not as good as his. He walked away before I can reply. I wanted to ask him if he shoots his original better than I can shoot my copy... but it was too late   :(
He obviously has some Adcock superiority complex. hahahah

Jhoneil1, that's like saying I have a 2nd generation Colt 45 SA and you have a 1st generation, so that makes mine a copy. HELLO I don't think so lol.

Just took delivery of two new short ACS, one for me and one for my wife. We didn't particularly want a matching pair but as we both wanted the same wood....

We are shooting in an international 3D competition this weekend so won't be using them this weekend, but once we get back we will be using these.

We have had a little go of them and they look like they could be even better than the ones we already have.

Andrew when you get a chance I would really like to hear your feedback on the "shorty" vs your 3D bow. Particulary interested in how they fair when compared to a three piece 64 or 62 incher. Enjoy.

Will do Tom, but I went for the 62" option and my wife's is the 60" rather than the much shorter 56" or 58". I have owned about 7 ACS (yes vague I know but I have had various limb and riser swaps along the way) so have a decent idea on how the different lengths perform.

We don't have much of a need for the really short ones and we only got these as my wife wanted to up poundage on her current ACS.

I'll give a better idea once I have shot it but so far it looks and feels great, very similar to the RC in the hand.
