Well You never have to worry about having K.C. CHIEFS stickers on your truck. People in other states that have teams just laugh and feel sorry for you.

Dave, We won't kill all of em. I'm looking forward to a great hunt and a little success wouldn't suck if Ya know what I mean.

My son and son-in-law are going so it's going to be a great hunt regardless. The weather is going to be better. Getting away from home is good sometimes. And hunting out of state is always exciting. Wish us luck. And everyone have a safe trip!!!

Good luck guys!  Plug in the ipod and play some texas music and you will be there in no time.  Pay attention to what Curtis tells you.  If you are consistent in your game plan you should be successful.  You will have a good time any way you look at it.  Take lots of pics.

Once you have some meat for fare, insist that Curtis make some stew.

He made some stew with pork tenderloins and javelina back strap, and it was killer.

I ate 3 bowls and went back for more that evening.

I'll be all packed up and ready for launch Saturday evening.
I'll be headed out at 0230 Sunday to meet Cam (Vanilla Gorilla) and my buddy Shannon South of OKC at 0500.

611 miles... Two days and a wake up. I'm ready to get this trip started! This will be my 1st out of state outfitted hunt. I've waited too long! I should have been doing this long ago!
