Bow Hush goes above and beond
« on: July 16, 2009, 07:35:00 PM »
Ordered some hush puppies a while back and like the rest of us we are way to busy these days. Got to thinking that they haden't arrived so I sent a frindely reminder e-mail got a call a couple days after that then  2 days after they arrived PLUS some trad gang arrow wraps. That is going above and beond.

Thank's to Terry and his crew.

I agree, I spent some time on here a while back whining and moaning due to a shoulder injury that sidelined me for about 6 months and Terry sent me the TradGang video to hold me over, or shut me up, maybe he just got tired of reading my posts of "Woe is me". Either way he's a great feller, hope I get to meet him one day.

I imagine you will now. Have you tried calling them yourself?

I ordered two sets of hush puppies on July 5th and hadn't heard anything until I sent a friendly email. Almost immediatly recieved confirmation that they will in the mail asap.  I think we are all so busy that sometimes we just need a friendly reminder,  I know I do! Anyhow, can't wait to get them.

Keep in mind all, the "crew" for Bow Hush is Terry's two daughters. Terry oversees it, but the kids do the work. I think we can cut them a little bit of slack. Its good to see them doing something like this instead of sitting on the couch watching tv and being lazy. It's summer! Let them be kids for a moment. Ain't like hunting seasons tomorrow.

Thanks for the comments....and sorry for the delays....vacation slowed down some orders....and all orders in house via pay-pal till the 16th have been shipped, and those orders are in process now.

We are also going to the post office today to get any orders that came in from mid week last week and those will be processed tomorrow.  Remember, mail is slow, and we do not go to the post office every day....usually twice a week.

When one falls through the cracks as Doug's did, I try and throw in something for the inconvenience.

My email is [email protected] if anyone else has an order delayed and would like to check on it.

Thanks!

Not to mention, they're from Georgia! Heck they are still fighting the war down there. You heard Terry, they only make it to the post office a couple times a week. Thats if us northerners let them through our lines.    :smileystooges:
