GET A LONGER STRING And try starting @ 7.5" and slowly reduce brace height untill when the bow tells you I am now more Quiet and less jumpy in hand.. this will be your brace height ,, the lower the brace height the faster it will shoot every string is a little diffrent I like to find my brace height before installing any string silencers on the string ,now I can decide how much or little you can get away without and still have a quiet bow I like lots of twists in my strings a non twisted string does not make a tight good looking string and I believe that the are not as strong and dont shoot as good as one twisted up ,

I have a 65 kmag and it's braced at 9.5. The question is what type of string, endless loop I suspect. If it's an endless loop, twist it some, the brace height will increase some. I've had great success with kmags at brace heights between 9 and 10 inches. If you don't like the looks of the string, order a 52" amo flemish twist (dacron only) string from one of the sponsors. There are arguments for both kinds of strings, I'm partial to the flemish twist.
