Is there anyway to get a rough idea what spine group a wood shaft is without a spine tester.It's either 50-55 or 55-60 just don't remeber which.

Sounds like you've already got a "rough idea"????

Sorry though, other than actually measuring, I don't know what to tell you other than if you have a bow you KNOW shoots one or the other well bareshaft, you could try them and see which one shoots out of that bow.
