South of Houston on the coast. There are a few trad shooters around here but I do not think they belong to this site.

Deep East and just outside Lufkin on the edge of 140,000 acres of stumps called Davey Crockett National Forest.
Anybody that wants to get together, give me a shout, I've got a Green Pony with 4 saddles and she likes to run.

Looks like you can add two more in late June. We'll be transferred to San Antonio this summer. Really looking forward to it!

Born & raised a Texican! I'm making my living elsewhere but I really miss the Hill Country, good bar-b-q brisket and smoked sausage. I'd give anything for a country breakfast the Columbus Cafe while on the way to the deer lease.
It would be easy to move back, but I'd have to work in Houston and I just can't stand the traffic.

Hey Woody,
That is great, you becoming a Texican and all. You will love the huntn. I have a lease in Medina west of San Antone. Maybe we can get together.

West Texas here (Midland). Have shot some with you fellas from San Angelo and Abilene.
Wudstix, My mom lives in San Antonio. I visit her when I can. I won't make the HC Shootout this year but it is a great time. If you fellas have a get-together I would be interested.

Born and raised in Amarillo, have lived near Carrizo Springs in the country for a long time now.
Visit Amarillo kind of regular still.
