trying to get arrows tuned properly for Vyperkahn
« on: July 28, 2009, 10:56:00 AM »
Hey Guys,  I am shooting a habu vyperkahn with Gold Tips 55/75 cut at 30.5 inches.  The bow is 60# at 28 inches and I am drawing it to 27.5.  I am currently using 225 grains up front.  Does that seem about right?  What are you guys using out there?

I would just tune it to get good arrow flight.  I don't think there is anything about the Habu that is contrary to other bows of the same weight/draw range.  I would think the 55/75 should be fine, but you may need to play with front weight.  At 28" arrow you are at the 75 end of the 55/75.
