The one in the middle looks like a tigercat. I have one similar made in 1967.

My uneducated guess -- A kmag, grizzly and a tamerlane...they are unusual because you have them and they have glass  ;)

LOL bjk...I hav LOTS of glass bows. Just don't shoot them.

What is most unusal to me and something I have never seen before is the "display" stamped into the Kmag

and the "EXP" written before the serial number which are unlike any Bear serial numbers I have seen either (at least that I remember)

I also got a hardcase arrow box with several dozen arrows, stringers, Bear string wax, a side quiver, 2 Kolpin bow cases. Most of the accessories are old and mildewy ((been stored in a basement since the 60's) and the arrow box itself is trash and maybe the bow cases...they stink

But the bows are pristine

No Kingstaken, a friend of my older sister was cleaning out her basement. She and her husband bought these bows when they got engaged around 1960, shot them for 2 weeks, and put them up.
She was going to take them to the Salvation Army when my sister said "I think my brother would want those", so she gave them to me.

EXP stands for experimental. Riser might be longer or some other difference. Very good find Mickey.

Mickey, the Kodiak Magnum is a 1961 with bubinga riser and green glass limbs; the first year of manufacture of the K.Mag.

Had to go to a Home Owners Assoc meetting for the neighborhood tonight...what a drag.

Thanks GDS a 61 KMag huh. Is it normal for the lengthways cracks in the glass? I've seen the across the limbs marks before but nothing like this.

I knew it was a good find but had no idea these were this good. I'm kinda giddy.

Wonder if my son will know what they are worth when I hand them down to him LOL

I took a shot of an EXP kodiak for a Bear calendar that I plan to print this year. It looks alot like the top bow, with green glass that you can see a weave pattern in.

Awwww dag gone! I had two of three guesses right.

I had the KMag and the Bearcat right. I would have bet $$ (if I had any) that the last one was a Tamerlane.

That Polar has got to be worth at least $35.00 but I'd be happy to give you $40.00 for it. (insert wink here)

Could I check your toilet before you flush next time? (dripping sarcasm goes here)
