Definetely a kaffer/cape buffalo. The one animal responsible for most hunter deaths a year. And I want to down it.

My ultimate would be a Asian Water Buff. My next would be spot & stalk black bear in Alaska.

I have always dreamed of the chance to shoot a running buffalo while riding along side it on a horse.  What a rush!!  Not sure how many horses would be willing to accompany me on that hunt.

I have always wanted to hunt caribou. Doesn't matter which one. I would like to see that long river of animals flowing towards me, and one in particular with great tops and a double shovel!

Don't really have one.  :)  I once thought I would like to hunt elk but a buddy gave me some backstraps that were tougher than a rutting buck.Another gave me some caribou and it was tender and tasted great. So caribou is as close to a dream animal as any for me I guess.  :D

Dall Sheep, or Mt. Goat... without a doubt.  The hunt would be an incredible challenge and even without taking an animal would put me in some high country I have never seen before!

That said, my little savings jar at home has "Elk or Moose Hunt" written on it... b/c let's face it, 25 g's to go on a hunt is a bit outside of the common-man's price range (hell its kinda insane and possibly criminal to pay/charge that much money to hunt an animal)    ;)

And, Dave, Mermaids are protected...
God Bless,
Erik
