The St. Jude’s Bow hasn’t arrived yet.  However, I did have a false alarm when I got home yesterday and found a really, really, really, nice stave from Timo next to the door.

THANK’S TIM!
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

I still haven't sent it.  I tried Tuesday but it won't fit in my new microcar Toyota Corolla with 4 kids in it.  I think I could park this car inside my Explorer.  Maybe we should have made a takedown  :)   I'll send it on Saturday.
Take a kid hunting!

OK, I finished the Quiver Knife.  I decided to go with horn as it was a little classier.  I have a complete set of pictures from raw steel to finish OR I could just post finished product...Doc

OK.  Just a teaser..one of these may be the Bow Auction/Quiver Knife.  Small three finger palm knives as not to over power the quiver.  Forging, hollow grinding, file work, etc to be posted...Doc

Terry, Art(Razorbak) was very generous with the leather. I'll be sending Doc enough for three or four sheaths and Bowchef enough for about three armguards. So if there are any other good ideas for the leather, lets put it to use.

Terry, I got the quiver today from Vermonster.  Brand new...very nice.  It can be worn RH or LH.  I won't add a sheath til I know what the winning bidder wants.  Does anyone need the quiver before the auction?

Also I scrapped the above knives in favor of a longer thinner one to help stiffen the outer side and not stick out to get hung up...just need to forge it up.

Walt,  Are you doing tip overlays on the bow?  If so I'd like a small piece of that wood to add to some osage knife slabs.

Back to square one,  we can add all the names to the knife handle either by passing it around or I'll just have someone who doesn't write like a Dr add them  :)   Doc
