The mail lady had a nice package for me today....
Shedua riser, osage limbs, 56# @ 28", 62 ". The bow is almost silent, has zero handshock, looks good and shoots good.
I can't wait for hunting season! I bet 'Silent but Deadly' will get the job done.

I was just on the phone last night with Herb he was telling about the bows that he had just sent Bob. He told me about that one. It is beautiful.

I like it. I want one.
Beautiful combination of wood. Osage is my favorite.
Now you will have to change your handle.

I had a 3-piece Pronghorn longbow for a brief period a few years ago. It was a wonderful shooter, as well as a looker. Foolishly, I sold it. Of the dozens of bows I've had over the years, it's one of the bows I wish I had back. It was probably the finest longbow I've ever had.
Centaur, good luck with your new bow, and we'll all be looking forward to the "hero" pictures!

You see more Black Widows, Blacktails and ACS for sale than you do any of Herb Meland's bows. That should say something to you. Nice.
