Hi All,

Until about three years ago, I hunted with a Bear Kodiak Magnum that I bought new in 1972.  It got damaged in a move or I'd still be shooting it.  :-)

Shot my buck with a 1966 Grizzly last year. Just picked up 1966 Kodiak to make meat with this year. Oh ya my turkey bow is a 1962 Kodiak Mag.

I don't consider a ten year old bow vintage.  For me vintage means no later than the 70's.
But that's my idea.  I'm using a 1967 model.

Vintage is 70s and before as George said.  I have several to choose from but none are newer than 38 years.

1988 Schafer SilverTip, RH, checkered grip, 3 piece takedown, non-typical whitetail base limb-bolts, elk-horn tips, rattlesnake skinned limbs, 62" long, 58#@29...I love it.

At the time, Paul was only building about 35 to 40 bows a year. A year later, he built me a set of elk limbs.
