This morning I watched the Boone & Crockett Club's Big Game Profiles program on the Outdoor Channel. I think this week's episode will be of special interest to bowhunters since its' focus is on the early history of modern bowhunting. Not only does the program feature footage of Fred Bear hunting with his recurve, but there's also an interview with Glenn St. Charles. Parts of the show were taped at the Pope & Young headquarters and museum as well as the P&Y convention last spring.
Plenty of stuff in this particular episode for us trad guys to appreciate and enjoy. If you're interested in watching, it will be shown again Sunday on the Outdoor Channel at 10:00 AM Eastern.
