Single Bevel Three Blade Broadheads?

Curious to see if any attempts have been made to sharpen broadheads, such as Woodsmans, with a single-bevel edge. If so, were there any discernible improvements?

LKH, not sure about the tip. I'd imagine, with a Woodsman, a standard "pyramid" would be the way to go. This is the reason I'm asking. Wondering if it's been tried, and if it made a difference.
Gordan, I'm a big one for KISS, and not fixing what's not broken.... Still was wondering- Not interested in starting a debate of 2 vs. 3 blades. Just curious if anyone's tried it.

I asked this same question years ago. The answer is no and the reason had something to do with the 3rd blade not allowing "leverage" to split the bone or something to that effect.

That would be my guess too. It seems the third blade would inhibit proper rotation, on the vents (on the three blades I have) would catch flesh, sinew, bone, etc. while spinning.

I single beveled some 3 blades, they were MA3's, as an experiment. I couldn't really tell any difference but it was fun. I did not shoot anything but foam with them though.
