specs on an "old" Herters Bow?
« on: April 01, 2007, 12:37:00 PM »
Hi Gang:
Would anyone know the preferred brace height, nock
height, etc., on an aprox 1963/1964 Herter's "Olympian" recurve? (45# @ 28")
(Marked:  69 1/8")

Thanks.

Anything you might want to know.

Just remember that Herters measured Brace height from the BACK of the bow at the shelf, not from the throat of the grip.
I'm not lost ... I'm exploring alternative destinations
