Tom,
You make gettin the big boys look too easy! You must have one heck of a trophy room by now!

Awesome Deer. I have 3 I took in velvet with a bow, all 3 in a row, all 8 points, nothing in this class, what a pig! Congratulations Tom. Those Ky bucks are gettin better all the time, have seen 5 good ones this year, gettin time to hunt them is another story.

Hogdancer, yes that's your old riser. I'm sure glad you had a weak moment.
Sharpster, the KME sharpener put an razor sharp edge on these Magnus Stinger broadheads. Blood trail was unbelievable. Thanks for all your help.

Tom,
What a great buck! Sure will be a cool mount if you can keep the velvet hanging like it is.

I knew as soon as I saw it that it was the same deer you edited the pics of on the trail camera thread. Congrats on a job well done.

Michael, we had to drag him out of the thicket for about 20 yards and then we were able to get the gator right to him. Had 5 good friends show up for the recovery. Man what a special time.

So, TJ, did you get a chance to check the trail cam for more pics and maybe one pic of you in the stand with the buck right before you put the arrow through him?!? That would be just too cool, heck I don't even think I could take it! Once again, great pics and an awesome whitetail!

No such luck Doug. I checked the card last night and it didn't happen. Would have been pretty cool if the camera caught my shaft going through him while he was bounding off and me with my bow up having just released. Oh man in a perfect world.
Good luck to you this season brother.
