I got thet straight of my I.D. Card (couldn't remember it -    ;)   )

Oh yeah - all wood bows (love Osage) - primitive (for three years now), aprox. 45# @ 25", Cane (preferably) and Wood arrows. Did I forget anything else?   ;)

Age 58.  Started archery in the early 1960's.  Never shot a compound.  Have several recurves, including my first.  Bought a new Martin Dreamcatcher this year, 45#.  Shoulder acting up these days, but still get out there.

Hey, this cool. I am visiting my mom this week so I am on her computor.
I am 61 now. I shot trad starting at 8 years of age with my dad. I quit archery in my mid 20's and started again in my early 40's and am still trying to do it right.
I have had both knees replaced, one in Oct. 2005 and the other in May 2006.
I have a few bows that I shoot more than others. The one I shoot the most is a Habu VyperKhan, 49 @ 27, triple carbon. I also shoot my Chek Mate Firebird, 51 @ 28 and a Cascade Golden Hawk Mag, 48 @ 27.
I am in a club, Bowhunters Unlimited. I shoot with Bjorn and his son Adam, Howard, kirby, Robert, and Harvey and many others. Most of us are a bunch of spring chickens that shoot with Harvey. Harvey is 81 years old and a lot of fun to shoot with. He keeps score for our bunch at the meets and always helps out on the work parties. Jim Harris

I'm 53 and have been shooting since age 10.  My latest bow is a 52# curly Hickory W/Maple core that I made last year.  The cool fall air gets me perked up every year for hunting season.

I plan to take one of my bows with me when I depart for the gates.

62 and counting. Can still hump the hills, just a little more intelligently now than when I was in my 30s. Shooting 56# currently.

Hope this isn't a double reply.  I didn't realize how old I am until now.  I am 80 and still shooting but am down to a 40# bow.  Have a new bow on order so hope to go for while Yet.

Jack,

Good for you....you just made my day. It does my heart good to know that you're 80 years young and still going strong.

The rest of us can only hope and pray we make it that long, much less still be able to enjoy archery.

Billy

I'm 59 years young, feels like I'm 20 when I'm shooting but when I have to get up for work I feel 120. Shooting my new Morrison Shawnee with foam core and carbon limbs, 45@28.
