Well, tis the season, and Ron and his business has been really hopping ... super busy filling orders. I ordered some broadheads and it took a while to get them. I called Ron to see what was the problem. He apologized but could not get out of the office, so many phone calls etc. Well, the next day I had the heads (shipped overnight - no cost to me)
AND Ron called to make sure I got them. Boy for a company to claim to have great custom service KME really delivers!!
I appreciate all the assistance I have received for you Ron, from sharpening knives and broadheads to the fantastic Tuskers you sent me. You have a great company and outstanding customer service!
