Matte Finish By Krylon
« on: September 15, 2009, 09:20:00 PM »
I'm cresting some carbon shafts for the upcoming season. I'm using enamel paint and I don't like the shine it leaves.  I started looking for a dull clear coating. I just bought a can of clear Krylon Matte Finish. Anybody ever use this before and if so, how did it work out?

I use krylon all the time with good results.

If you put on a couple layers of clear coat...and let it dry completely you could probably take some 2000grit sandpaper (auto section) to them and knock any shine off of them.

I use the Krylon or Minway Polycrylic (water based poly) with great results
