I am a happy man

My girlfriend has been pretty interested in traditional archery since we met.  Well yesterday she pulled the trigger and bought her own setup.  a 40lb @ 28  52" york recurve.  We even went to the 3d range and managed to not lose a single arrow.  We had a great time and I think she's hooked.  She is already talking about hunting with it next year.

Very lucky man.  Killed my first trad deer on Wednesday and I don't even know if my wife still remembers.

My wife is hunting with me this year and our oldest daughter wants hunt next year.  Keep her interested.  Always make it fun and she will become an addict. Sounds to me like she is a keeper.

Good for the both of you! My wife doesn't hunt, but she will occasionally come for a walk with me, and on those occasions has proved to be quite a good luck charm. She fully supports my need to head into the wilderness as often as possible with my bow and arrows, so I think I'm pretty lucky, too.
