A/D Trad Lite Weight Question

Can anybody give me the weight of the following?

Arrow Dynamics Traditional Lite (Black)
29" BOP
4 x 4" shield-cut feathers
Aluminum nock receiver with G-nock
Aluminum insert
125 grain broadhead

Right at 450 grains.

My calculations are about the same as Allan's.  I come up with about 465 grains.  Chad
