To hunt with little girls...
« on: October 01, 2009, 04:48:00 AM »
Just letting you all know of an artcile of mine thats now over on the TBM site. It was from a while ago I sent it to TBM so they put it up on there website. They offered payment for the article and pics but I felt better handing the cash as a donation to back Country hunters and anglers.... they need it more then I.

Anyhow... here is the link. My Isobel is over the moon at being "Famous"...lol.

I have 2 sons, and 1 daughter.

She is undoubtably the best fisher of them all, very patient, very easy to teach, not as full of herself as the boys.
Loves to handle the fish, when the fish aren't biting, has a better time playing with the BAIT!

She will be 5 next month.  Little girls are wonderful!!

She's a daddys girls of course  :)

God bless you and your daughter sir (although it sounds like He has many times over already).

The bugs are finally letting up and my little 18 month old Isabel will be with me constantly.  Girls are special.  Almost too smart.  She can't draw a bow, but she loves playing with daddy's feathered arrows.  Too cool.

Great story Al, time spent with kids is treasure. Mine are 'big' now, in their twenties and busy with their own lives. Enjoy each moment.

Excellent work, with girls 6 and 8, I can relate.
