Mighty, mighty nice, Mike!

And to think I stayed home that day to cook supper for my wife's birthday...

Maybe tomorrow, but I've seen NOTHING nearly that nice this year.

WAY TO GO!!    :clapper:

Congrats on both. Nothing like killing one with your handmade gear. Those antlers are a beautiful color. They sort of match the bow.

If you want to keep the mojo on that stand, your going to have to make a new bow each time you hunt it.  :bigsmyl:

Great job Mike. Thanks for sharing. Looks like you might have a pretty good gene pool to work with on that property.

Yes we try to keep the buck age up and take 4 to 5 does for every buck. My brother David is a good motivator for me (see Aug/Sept 2009 TBM) as we have been hunting this place for close to 10 years now. Mike

Denny- There is "nothing" wrong with having fun! Good luck to you in Michigan.

John- Thank you and John Girardi at Old Master Crafters for helping me sellect some wood and glass. The bow shoots a heavy arrow very well.
