Groves Spitfire bows

Anyone have one of these target bows?  I was given a GS 300 II by a neighbor before he passed.

My only concern is that it appears the tiller is off when strung.  It is a three piece take down and the limbs look straight.  Shoots fine as well.

Since it is a target bow, is the tiller designed differently than hunting bows?
