Just curious as these bows are lookers for sure and Jack is pretty clued up with regards to bow design if Im not mistaken? The HSS is his most recent design, that right?

Thanks!

Yes, the HSS(Harrison Signature Seires) is his newest. Never cronoed a bow, I have owned an HSS and I have a Siberian Wolf, both are plenty fast and hard hitting bows.

I have never chron'd a bow, but I have shot lots of them. I have an HSS, and to my eye, it's the fastest bow I've ever shot.

Sorry I can't give you specific numbers, but when I'm shooting 3 or 4 bows, one after the other, it's not hard to tell which is the fastest.

I don't think you'd be unhappy with one of Jack's bows performance wise, and in my opinion, there isn't a bow built that compares with Jack's finish, if that's the type finish you're after.

I have 4 of his bows, 54,56,63,69 pounds.  A few years back we chrono'd the 69 using 700 grain arrows.  A long armed friend of Jack's named Ricardo shot 700 grain forgewoods out of it pulling to about 29".  We got right at 200fps.

Two of my bows are the new style takedowns and two have the older brass/stainless sleeves.

I like them very much.  May have to part with the 69 as my shoulder surgery appears to be iffy.

Jack if probably the smartest with regards to physics and math of bow building.  He is always trying to improve.
