You should have your deer soon.
The key is do not think of the deer, just focus on the Back Straps; in your favorite setting.
You know.
Cast skillet (Med Hot), Backstraps sliced thin, small amount of onion, just a hint of fresh garlic, and of course fresh basil and Mushrooms.
De-glaze with a heavy red wine thick'en with corn starch.
Over the top of wild rice.
Just a thought.
