Don`t know about the angle or any of that tech stuff . I use a rounded diamond rod on the beveled side and take the "bur" off with a flat Arkansas stone. A few licks on a piece of leather and its ready to eat again.RC

No shoulder blade hit here. The doe was slightly angled toward me but not enough not to shoot. The exit was about 4" behind the crease.RC
