Slow at work today, able to catch up some on here, congrats to all that have had success!
Jeff that's a great buck!

I haven't gotten out as much as I would like, but I was able to put some meat in the freezer on friday as a small doe stoped at 4 yards quartering away.
I had let her pass once as she walked directly under me but I was waiting for the bigger does to follow her, but they decided to stay on the edge of the woods and not come in, when she headed back to meet up with them I was between them and could see she was the only one I was going to get a shot at.
She ran about 40 yards stopped and turned to see what happened, and then fell over rite there.
It sure is nice when it all goes as planned

Whats everybody finding for rut sign? I found a scrape line that goes for atleast 100 yards. I seen a small buck by them so I think he may be the culprit. Either way im going to be in there with my climber and wait for a buck to pass.

I have seen a lot of scrapes, and quite a bit of chasing. I actually just got back from the store, and on my way home saw a big 8 pointer(with a kicker that is almost a drop tine) chasing no less than 6 does and yearlings. I got a pic, but its terrible in a cell phone camera kinda way.

Congrats on the deer Tim!

Hard to believe, but I actually saw a bit of action this afternoon. After going to AdkKens secret spot I got up in his tree stand at 1 PM. sat till 3:20 with not much going on. Then all of a sudden theres crashing in the brush about 40 yards form me. Looks like the doe and 2 lil ones Ken and Chris[Bowspirit] have been seeing. They take off wide open and another deer steps into the brush. After a bunch of messing around it takes of grunting up a storm. I think he was making a scrape or rubbing a tree before he continued his chase. 4 deer in 10 min., thats like three years worth...lol....
