I'll be sitting on different property this weekend. Different landowner different rules. I will try for my first trad deer and my first with a bow.  Any unlucky deer to walk withing range better pray! :help:

Guys this weather crazy isnt it? We had snow Friday today it was 65 and supposed to be warmer tomorrow. I might just hunt turkey until it cools down hard to stay out of the woods when its like this just stinks for deer hunting.

It's been real slow around here, I don't remember see as few  deer as I have. But I'm still plugging away and going to hunt every day I can rain or shine hot or cold, put in the time and it will happen

I found a great spot on the dairy farm I'm hunting this year. I don't feel comfortable leaving my bround blind set up there though. I had one almost bump into it last night at about 6:20 and the light was terrible by the time it came into the open. I've decided that I'm going to build a natural blind in this spot this weekend. I'm definitely getting closer, much closer.

If it makes you feel better I was called into work twice, chlorine pump was troublesome, and at 2:30 AM for electrical. But on the good note I have two more days off, and I'll be after the one we call the Bologna buck   :goldtooth:

Hello everyone!! I am back! I have been hunting hard and have seen several nice bucks but all too far off! The last few days have been slow but I did see a nice 8pt. with two does yesterday morning. I watched them feed for over an hour but they never came close. Good luck to all!! Shawn
