New to me, stewart slammer
« on: October 20, 2009, 10:02:00 PM »
Just picked up a stewart slammer from longbowleo.  It's 66" long and 71# at 28".  Probably around 74# for me.  Just got it today and haven't had a chance to shoot it yet.  It is in like new condition and sure looks the part.  Looking forward to slinging a few arrows with it.

Had one almost identical, [email protected] I had not sold it. One fine shooting bow, and the best grip Ive ever had in my hand. Good luck, Shane

Excellent choice!

Slammer is a great choice, it should be hard hitting at that weight, fast and highly shootable. I have a 60 incher and it is as quiet as a mouse pissin on a cotton ball. You can't beat Leon's bows. tom massaro

Congratulations.  Leon's stuff is always both beautiful and functional.  Enjoy.

LOL.  Not so young as I used to be, but it seems the fatter that I get, the stronger that I get.  I wonder what will happen when I go on a diet.
