Well, last night I got to read the article by G. Fred in the new TBM (sorry about you guys who haven't gotten yours yet
I feel just like he does about the planning part of the hunt. I'll bet most of us here feel the same way. For those who haven't read it yet I'll say no more, but I related to this one more than any of Fred's articles in a while though I always enjoy his stuff.

I will be looking forward to it. I have three of G.Fred's books and have re-read them all. I really enjoy his writing style. His approach to hunting is great.

You had to tell me about ANOTHER magazine, didn't ya?
Guess there'll be a little extra clutter on the coffee table!

I enjoyed the article too, but thought only Virgo's made lists. I've made and saved my camping/hunting lists for years too.
Fred hit the nail on the head with his comments about dreaming of an upcoming hunt as a big part of the entire experience.

Oh great. I just submitted an article to Trad Archers World last week about hunt planning. I'm nowhere in Fred's league as a writer - poor timing on my part to try to follow behind one of his!
But I'm sure looking forward to reading it. I always enjoy his style and thoughts. I've been reading him for as long as I've been bow hunting, and that is a long time!
