My shot was a tight one. had to shoot to the back left side of the stand. the shorter bow was a god send. I was shooting some lighter arrows and even though I got full penetration, I found just the fletched end of the arrow in the off side of the deer. I knew when I hit her that it was a high 12ring shot but not alot of blood from the start. I had heard her crash and gurggle about where I found her. Bow shoots good but I'm going to a heavier arrow out of it(47lbs) from now on. been playing with some in the 550+gn today. My grizzly sticks shoot good too at 675gns. I don't think the arrow will fail to hit the ground with those. DB

Lookin gooo-ooood! I keep checking John's Anneewakee sponsor site - anxious to see the spread he will put up on the "Addictions" - I know it will be a good job.

I may not have one of those fancy/gorgous new bows, but I do have a Team Anneewakee shirt, quiver and fletch cover...so I guess that qualifies me to join my Anneewakee team mates

Page, looks like your the only one on the team that can kill anything with horns. You make your own bows and thats great too, cause you shoot stuff with them as well. hope your season is clicking along. Don
