Gene a local lady here makes them , her husband is a board meember of the WVBA and she sell them at most of our events and the TBSWV events.

The one I'm wearing is single thickness and does good in the rain , the double thickness is excellent in the rain .

Yeah Bill I thought he was a decent buck for here, they get hammered in gun season and get little chance to get very old.

Great hunt for you and nice buck to boot.
I went over to a friend's the other day just to shoot his 62" Silvertip.  This is only the 2nd time I've ever shot it in 3 years but I can't get that awsome bow out of my mind!

Allen I ordered a new pair of 60" 50# @ 27' from Dave and Beth this spring and received  them Mid Oct. they are stained quilted maple .

That is the second buck I have taken with it, I have one more tag left , until the week of Thanksgiving, then I get 3 or 4 more for firearms and I substitute a bow for it.

Did you do any good at the arsenal?

ChrisO you just as well order you one or buy one from someone, until you do you won't be satisfied .

Good job Jack.....
Nice to be able to put a face with the name.  I do believe that's one of the few Bill Webster / Billy Shipp bows I haven't owned at one time or another!   :biglaugh:

Hey Allen....any luck?  I had some young guy, around 14 I'd say stalking the woods with his white tee shirt and jeans.  He looked to be trying to thin the squirrel herd with his bow.(Good to see kids still go in the woods) He hunted right up under my stand but I didn't have the heart to interupt his hunt.  He slowly faded back into the woods.  It was long ago we were that age!

Jack was that age....but a longgg time ago!!!    :jumper:     You asked for that one Mr. Whitmire!  Don't worry though Billy will be along shortly to slap me around!
