turns out he was injured by a car or something..had a broken, semi-healed leg. Glad I was able to stalk up on him and take him cleanly.

This is the current California state record Pacific hybrid non-typical. shot with 60lb widow & grizzly head @ 25yds on the ground.

 
shot with a 56lb habu & grizzly head @ around 30yds on the ground

 
shot with 60lb widow & blk. dim. delta @ about 25yds on the ground

 
shot with 56lb Habu @ 12yds on the ground strong quartering at me, hit the front left shoulder, exit right back ham.

the #2 in the state for 12 years, shot with a 60lb big horn and cedar arrow and delta @ about 28yds on the ground

 
shot @ 6yds with a Habu 56lbs grizzly head, 1 of only 4  deer I have killed from a tree stand.

 
shot with a 60lb Abbot longbow and snuffer head @ 7 yards on the ground.

 
Shot @ about 30yds on the ground with a 60lb widow and delta head.

 
shot @ 3yds from a tree stand with a Habu and grizzly head.

 
shot @ 13yds with by hunting buddy Vance standing right next to me, the 56lb Habu and grizzly head blow right through him

Shot the fork and was packing it out and this 4x3 came by and shot him with my back pack on, loaded with meat, both on the ground, 60lb widow & grizzly head, it was a good day.

Here is a pic of a antelope I shot a couple years back. 8 yards spot and stalk, this was one of the funnest hunts I have been on.
