Pssst, hey Brad..... You forgot the photo.....

Oh never mind, it just popped in view.

Well, looks like he's auditioning for the circus by practicing standing on an acorn so he can roll it around the big tip like a unicycle.

Ok, how about urinating on his hocks like when making a scrape.  I don't really see anything that looks like a scrape or a suitable licking branch but who knows.  Maybe he's just practicing or "getting in the mood".

I've come to believe that the keys to shooting well for me are good form, trusting the bow to do all the work, and having the confidence in the bow and myself to remain motionless and relaxed at release until the arrow hits the mark.

A 'parade gay' buck just really surprised him from behind?

That's my guess. I was just trying to figure out how to word it without embarrassing our lady shooters though before I posted.

Thanks mnbwhtr

I like balanceing on the acorn for the circus!!

He's urinating on his tarsel glands.  Several years ago when I used to raise deer I had a small fawn that was only a few weeks old. He would do this even at that young age.

Bill is right, he's "smelling up his tarsal glands"...how else you think those tarsals get so "ripe."  They all do it, just no often caught on camera!

Does will urinate on their legs as well when they are "hot."  But be ready to hunt that dude...he's in heavy pre-rut and will be as dumb as he's going to get -- it's your best chance.

I think he just let one rip and he has his head down hoping the smell will go over his head.
