A little success in the PA mountains!
« on: November 04, 2009, 06:32:00 PM »
Hey Folks,

I spent the past few days hunting in the mountains of Lycoming PA.  My buddy has a beautiful log home on the very top of a mountain.  It doesn't get much pressure and we usually have some luck.  This year I was fortunate to have the luck the first morning on stand. What makes this deer even more special is that he showed up on one of my buddies game cameras back in September.  I'm not a big game camera fan    but I will admit it's pretty cool seeing him on the hoof.

Hope you folks are having some luck....enjoy the photos.

Tim

Nice one Tim. I really like that monochromatic photo with the mountains in the background..I think that's called a "sepia" photo.

Sweet.  The bucks are starting to get more impressive with the antler restrictions they put in place about five years ago.  Nice going.  And that's a great photo....not sitting way behind it to make it look bigger 8^).
