Tim,
You ole stinker. That is a great buck! After T.Jr. busted that big ole sucker a few back, I thought maybe you were sold only on does!
Congrats. Bet is was sweet to be sharing it with a bud on a mountain top like that...
As they say..first sit in a new, well-placed stand is deadly!
Congrats, Mon! Be well.

Beautiful buck Tim, congratulations!!!

To me, the ultimate challenge in bowhunting is not how far away you can succesfully make a killing shot but rather how close you can get to the animal before shooting.

Good for you!!!!
I grew up in PA and we used to go to a cabin up in Lycoming county near Waterville up above Pine Creek. Some of my favorite childhood memories.
Sure don't remember ever seeing any bucks like that around up there! Lots of does and once in a while a smallish buck. Used to be a browze line through the woods about eye level.
ALL of your pictures are very nice but the third one puzzled me at first. Looks like you're on the beach in Hawaii with a big ol' breaker wave behind you.

I've come to believe that the keys to shooting well for me are good form, trusting the bow to do all the work, and having the confidence in the bow and myself to remain motionless and relaxed at release until the arrow hits the mark.

Thanks guys for all your "that a boys"!
The third photo is pretty cool. Actually the direct lighting caused the back ground to look like ocean waves. The back ground is nothing more than rolling mountains. We are up on the very top of a mountain that overlooks miles. The look of waves is the morning clouds!
Take care and good luck...plenty of season left!
