Congrats Big Ed!!  A great looking deer and even better story.  These are the things memories are made of.  Sometimes our best stories do not come from our best deer.  You will have a great story to tell every time someone asks about that rack or spine section.  Really cool!!  Joe

Great story and nicely done!

I tell ya it's those pink feathers

A buddy of mine had almost the exact same story. He got his second chance this past Tuesday on a nice 8 point he had wounded earlier in the season. Second time was the charm for him as well.

Congratulations, Big Ed.

Way to go Ed!  Great story and great buck.   The highs and lows sure add an element of drama for all, but especially in your memories, I'm sure.  Thanks for sharing with us.
