Deer hide?

I got a deer this weekend and i am wanting to use the hide to put on a quiver. How do i tan the hide?

You can brain tan or do the chemical tanning, but how you do it depends on if you want to tan it hair on or hair off. I've never done one because i don't have the necessary time, but they say that the hair on tanning is harder to do. I found some info at this site

Check with a local taxidermist and see what they can do to help you out.
If it was a trad gear kill lets see some photo's and the story.
