Run hot water just a little more than is comfortable to hold your hand in over it & let it get warm. Twist it the opposite direction of the twist. Go a little more than where you want it to end up.
You're going to have to do this several times but with a little patience you'll get it where you want. Don't rush to finish it & overheat it. Slow & steady will get you there.

What Larry said. When You've got it twisted back past where you want to go, have someone turn off the hot & turn on the cold water. Let it cool. Check it & repeat if necessary.
God Bless

I have tried the hot water method but only use hand pressure with no heat now. It takes longer but works great. Just string the bow and use your hand to flex it back to shape - over and over. It will stay straight after some work.

Unstrung and a heat gun also works but requires allot more caution!

What works for me is heating that limb up with vigorous rubbing in the area of twist with a terry cloth rag, with the bow strung and twisting the limb in the opposite direction. When it heats up, let it cool back down while keeping the pressure on the twist in the opposite direction. Do some shooting and leave it strung a few days, repeat if needed...Roy
