Ok...the long awaited Acadian Woods Build-along. Let’s start with the bow specs.

Bow Model: 3 piece Tree Stick Recurve
Riser Materials: Cocobola and Mascara with Canary Wood accents
Limbs: Bamboo with Cocobola and Canary Wood accents
Limb Tips: Deer Antler and Cocobola
Limb Bolts: Deer Burr limb bolts
Tiller: Standard
Right Hand Bow
Length 60"
Bow Weight: 50 Lbs. @ Draw Length 29”
Bow Grip/Style: Medium/Standard Pistol with Leather grip

A couple pics of the roughed out material, riser,laminates,veneers and a couple of cocobolo overlays.

Oh my! The three piece tree stick is on the top of my gotta get bows and that is one BEAUTIFUL bow right there!! Thanks for sharing. I'll be watching this one!

OK...few more pics...from Tim! First off take a look at how neat and clean Tim's shop is! I can't keep my office that clean....

Here are a few pics of Tim grinding the bow limb laminations out of Bamboo(natural & actionboo)

A few pics of Tim grinding the Canary wood veneers

And a few pics of all the components in the oven getting a final curing/drying out before they get glue-up on Monday!

I`ll post more on Monday after the glue-up.
