Thanks Tim for taking your time to let us ride along and see how it's all done...I for one will say I appreciate you taking the time to take the pics...Making bows is a very costly job with all the equipment needed such as forms, power equipment, bonding agents, dust collecters and the list can go on and on...Next time someone says "You paid HOW MUCH for that " I can say Well if you only knew what went into the guy making it and It hardly put food on his table...God Bless Tim and Tater for letting us watch! Keefer's <")))><

Nice.I think back when I had my Classic recurve. Tim makes a nice bow.

I would love to have the patience, talent and gift to build a bow like that.

Well..its offical she shoots as good as she looks.  I've put a few 100 arrows through her already and she can really sling them.

Tim - All i can say is well done!  The bow looks and shoots like a dream!

What an excellent looking example of perfection! The only thing I would have done different is leave the grip free of the leather wrap. Is this one of the 925 dollar bows or did you add more options? I really enjoyed reading this thread! Many thanks to you and the bowyer.

Great post! This helps everyone who says, "custom bows are too pricey" understand that they really aren't! This thread shows the many, many hours of hard work and skilled labor that go into a nice bow and that a good bowyer earns what little pay he gets for his passion. My hat's off to you, Tim.

Well done, sir!    :clapper:

I was thinking that this thread would be good to add to the How to - Resources section....for future referrence.

How does one go about moving a post to another forum page?
